The Chairman and Vice Chairs are elected from the full Board at the annual May meeting and hold office for one four-year term. The Chairman is responsible for presiding over all Board meetings and serving as Chairman of the Executive Committee. Vice chairs, selected according to their seniority of membership, perform the duties of the Chairman in his or her absence or disability.
The University Secretary serves for one four-year term. The University Secretary gives official notice of all full Board, Committee and Special meetings and is responsible for recording and maintaining documentation of all Board actions. The University Secretary is also the custodian of the Charter, Bylaws, and the Seal of the University.
